摘要
目的探讨健康教育路径应用于脑卒中患者护理中的效果。方法选取本科2016年3~10月期间收治的102例脑卒中患者为研究对象,根据入院顺序半随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各51例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用健康教育路径,比较两组患者的健康教育知识知晓率和对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者的健康教育知识知晓率及对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径有利于提高脑卒中患者的疾病知识知晓率,同时也能提高临床护理质量,改善护患关系。
Objective To discuss the application of heahh education path in patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods The hospital in 2016 March to 2016 October in Department of internal medicine of 102 cases of Stroke patients, They were randomly divided into the observa- tion group and the control group ,each group with 5 l patients. The control group received routine nursing care, observation group were used health education path on the basis of the control group , compared the two groups of patients health education knowledge awareness and satisfaction of nursing work. Results Observation group of patients health education knowledge awareness and satisfaction of nursing work is significantly higher than the control group, in comparison with statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Health education paths can improve stroke patients with the disease knowledge, at the same time can improve the quality of clinical nursing and improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
