摘要
通过一系列实验证实细胞色素C在滴注中遇光易分解,因此,滴注中应采取避光措施。加入维生素C同时滴注有显著抑制光的分解作用;合用安络血有遮光作用可缓减光分解的进行、在室温避光条件下该药比较稳定。
On the basis of our elperimental results it was found that cytochrome C wasdegraded when it exposed under light during intravenous drip. Thus, the solutionof cytochrome C should be keept from light during treatment. Adding vitamine Cor adrenosin into cytochrome C solution markedly reduced the rate of photolysis,Under the condition of hiding from illumination cytochrome C was fairly stableat room temperature.
