The pH potentiometric titration of sodium cromoglycate was studied. The osmo-tic presstires of sodium cromoglycate solutions for iontophresis of different pres-cription were determined by a freezzing point decrease method. The pH range andisosmotic prescription of sodium cromocate solution for iontophresis was finallyestablished.
