老年糖尿病患者认知功能障碍与胰岛素抵抗的关系及护理对策分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨老年糖尿病患者认知功能障碍与胰岛素抵抗指数之间的相关性及护理对策。方法选择2016年7月至2017年7月我院收治的84例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据简易精神状态量表(MMSE)分为糖尿病组或对照1组(MMSD>24),糖尿病并痴呆组或观察组(MMSE≤24),每组各42例。另选42例非糖尿病老年患者作为对照2组,分别检测体质量指数(BMI)、糖化血红蛋白(HBAIC)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果与对照1组和对照2组相比,观察组患者的BMI、HBAIC及HOMA-IR明显偏高(P<0.05),糖尿病患者的认知功能与BMI、HBAIC及HOMA-IR三项指标呈负相关。结论对存在胰岛素抵抗、肥胖的老年糖尿病患者应该针对性的进行预防痴呆的护理,能有效预防或延缓患者的认知功能障碍。
