摘要
采用不同粒度的砂轮和不同的磨削加工余量对硬质合金刀具进行磨削加工,得到不同情况的刃口形貌,使用显微镜观察不同刃口形貌的崩缺情况。试验结果表明,磨削加工硬质合金刀具时,合理的选用砂轮粒度和磨削余量,能够有效地减小和控制刀具刃口的崩缺情况,提高刀具寿命。
The different sizes of grinding wheels and grinding allowances are used to grind the cemented carbide blocks to obtain the cutting edge morphologies under different conditions. The microscope is also used to observe the different cutting edge chipping morphologies. The experimental results show that when a carbide cutting tool is grinded,a reasonable choice of grinding wheels with smaller grain size and the use of smaller grinding allowances can effectively reduce and control the cutting edge chipping.
