噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗支气管扩张的临床观察

The Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Bronchiectasis by Titronium Bromide Inhalation Agent

目的:研究对支气管扩张采用噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗的临床优势。方法:选取60位支气管扩张住院患者,随机分组后均实施常规体位引流及抗感染治疗,观察组联合噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后肺功能、临床症状评分变化及临床疗效差异性。结果:两组患者肺功能及症状评分均明显改善,观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗总有效率为80.00%,观察组达到93.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗支气管扩张更有利于缓解肺部不良症状,提升临床疗效。

Objective：To study the clinical advantage of Thiotobromide Powder Inhalation in treatment of bronchial dilatation.Method：A total of 60 hospitalized patients with bronchiectasis were selected,randomized after implementation of the conventional postural drainage and anti-infection treatment, observation group joint Thiamethoxam Bromide Powder Inhaler treatment.The pulmonary function,clinical symptom score changes and clinical curative effect difference before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Result：The lung function and symptom score of both groups improved significantly,and the observation group improved significantly,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate was 80.00% in the control group,and 93.33% in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of bronchiectasis by Thiotobromide Powder Inhalation is more beneficial to relieve the adverse symptoms of the lung and improve the clinical effect.
