人羊膜修补硬脑膜的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨人羊膜修补硬脑膜缺损的可行性和有效性。方法:取健康大鼠60只随机分为实验组及对照组,制成硬脑膜缺损模型。实验组用硬脑膜缺损处用羊膜修补,对照组直接缝合头皮。观察术后脑部刺激症状、行为、进食、伤口愈合、脑脊液漏及修补材料和脑皮质的炎症反应、粘连和假膜形成情况。结果:两组组术后活动、进食正常,头皮切口愈合良好,未见脑脊液漏及皮下积液等异常情况。观察组术后早期羊膜与骨窗处软组织、硬膜边缘纤维愈合良好,术后晚期羊膜与骨窗处软组织融合,羊膜变薄,手术显微镜下难分辨。对照组术后早期即有头皮与脑皮质粘连。结论:人羊膜用于修补硬脑膜缺损能恢复硬脑膜完整性,是一种安全、有效的硬脑膜修补材料。 Objective:To investigate the feasibility and effect of human amniotic menbrane for repairing dura mater.Method:Sixty healthy mouse were randomly divided into expetiment group and control group,and to make the dura mater defect model.The expetiment group was repaired with amniotic menbrance,and the control group was direct suture scalp.The brain stimulation symptoms,behavior,eat,would healing,CSF leak and the inflammatoryreaction,adhesion,pseudomenbrane formation of mending material and cerebral cortex were observated in the two groups.Result:The postoperative activities and eating were normal in the two goups,the scalp incision healed well,there was no CSF leakage and subcutanneous fluid accumulation.The amniotic membrane with soft tissue of bone window,dural marginal fiber were well healed at the early stage of operation in the expetiment group.At late postoperation,the amniotic membrane fusion with soft tissue of bone flap,amniotic menbrane thinning,it was difficult to distinguish under an operatin microscope.The scalp and cerebral cortex adhesion occurred early in the control group.Conclusion:Human amnion can repair dura mater defect and restore dural integrity,it is a safe and effective dura mater repair material.
