Daily Maintenance and Verification of Automatic Control Instruments Used in Oil Production Plant

针对数字化油田建设中配备自控仪表在选型、维护和现场校验过程中存在的方法、标准问题,提出了采用现场校验和实验室检定相结合方法,以实现仪表量值溯源,并对部分仪表进行了现场校验尝试,取得了一定效果。

In the construction of digital oilfields, there are some problems in the methods and standards for the type selection, maintenance and on-site verification of equipped automatic instruments. For this reason, it is proposed to combine field check with laboratory verification to achieve the traceability of the instrument measurement value. The on-site verification of partial instruments was attempted, and a good result was achieved.
