摘要
根据交叉耦合理论,利用基片集成波导技术,设计了应用于毫米波的一种基于LTCC工艺的多层SIW滤波器。使用三维电磁仿真,滤波器的相对带宽为3.8%,在通带25.5GHz—26.5GHz范围内插入损耗小于1.5d B,交叉耦合引入的两传输零点提供了良好的边带抑制性能。该滤波器电路面积小、结构简单,可广泛应用于微波毫米波系统。
According to the cross-coupling theory, a multilayer SIW filter based on LTCC technology is designed tbr the millimeter-wave using substrate-integrated waveguide technology.Using three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation, the relative bandwidth of the filter is 3.8% and the insertion loss is less than 1.5dB in the passband of 25.5GHz-26.5GHz.The two transmission zeros introduced by cross-coupling provide good sideband rejection.The filter circuit area is small and the structure is simple, can be widely used in microwave millimeter wave system.
