输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察分析输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方法选取2015年4月至2017年1月漯河市召陵区人民医院收治的92例输尿管结石患者,按照手术方法分为两组,各46例。对照组接受体外冲击波碎石术治疗,观察组接受输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗。观察对比两组手术前后肾功能指标[血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)],对比两组不同部位结石排净率及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组血Scr、BUN水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组输尿管中下段结石排净率高于对照组(92.00%比68.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组上段结石排净率及并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石,可改善患者肾功能,提高结石清除效果,安全性高。
