替吉奥联合重组人血管内皮抑制素在复发食管癌再程放疗中的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of S-1 combined with endostar in retro-radiotherapy of esophageal carcinoma

目的观察替吉奥联合重组人血管内皮抑制素在复发食管癌再程放疗中的临床疗效和不良反应的发生情况。方法回顾性分析2013年3月至2015年3月在郑州大学第一附属医院接受根治性放疗的58例复发食管癌患者的临床资料。根据治疗方案将患者分为观察组(n=30例)和对照组(n=28例),两组均接受适行调强放射治疗,观察组于放疗第1天联合重组人血管内皮抑制素(恩度)及替吉奥治疗,对照组于放疗第1天仅联合替吉奥,比较两组患者放射治疗结束后3个月的近期疗效及1、2年生存率和不良反应发生情况。结果无患者失访。观察组有效率为66.7%(20/30),高于对照组的39.3%(11/28),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Log-rank检验结果显示,观察组1、2年生存率(63.3%、46.7%)高于对照组(50.0%、32.1%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论替吉奥联合恩度可提高复发食管癌再程放疗患者近期疗效,且安全性高。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of S - 1 combined with endostar in recurrent esophageal carcinoma. Methods A ＇retrospective analysis was used to select 58 patients with recurrent esophageal carcinoma who had undergone radical radiotherapy. According to the different treatment protocols, 58 patients were divided into observation group and control group. Patients were treated with appropriate intensity modulated radiation therapy in the prescription dose of DT 45.0 - 50. 4 Gy. The observation group was treated with endostar and S - 1 on the frist day of radiotherapy. The control group was treated with S - 1. The short - term and long - term efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups af- ter radiotherapy. Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The 1 - year and 2 - year survival rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The difference of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion S - 1 combined with endostar can improve the short - term efficacy of recurrent esophageal carcinoma patients with recurrent radiotherapy with high security.
