上皮型钙黏蛋白、细胞周期蛋白D_1表达水平与宫颈癌患者病理分期、淋巴结转移的相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析上皮型钙黏蛋白(N-cadherin)、细胞周期蛋白D_1(Cyclin D_1)表达水平与宫颈癌患者病理分期、淋巴结转移的相关性。方法选取2016年3月至2017年5月光山县人民医院收治的宫颈癌患者42例,宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)患者42例,宫颈正常者42例,采取免疫组化法测定N-cadherin、Cyclin D_1,对比3组患者组织中N-cadherin、Cyclin D_1阳性表达情况,分析N-cadherin、Cyclin D_1与肿瘤病理分期、淋巴结转移的关联性。结果宫颈癌组织中N-cadherin阳性表达率高于正常宫颈组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈癌组织中Cyclin D_1阳性表达率高于正常宫颈组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);N-cadherin表达与宫颈癌患者病理分级、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),Cyclin D_1表达与宫颈癌患者病理分级、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论 N-cadherin、Cyclin D_1表达可能与宫颈癌发生有关,且N-cadherin与宫颈癌转移、分化具有相关性,N-cadherin、Cyclin D_1可作为宫颈癌诊断的有效指标。
