Health Performance Analysis of Indoor Light Environment in Office Buildings Based on Rhythm Synchronization

摘要 近年来,越来越多的学者关注人与自然的节律协同对人体健康的影响,研究表明,光环境会通过非视觉效应对人体近日节律产生影响,但目前针对光照资源条件、不同人群的近日节律差异性等因素对节律协同影响的研究较少。本文从光导引下人与自然节律协同的角度对光环境健康性能进行研究,采用室外照度和褪黑素抑制率等评价指标对不同光照资源条件下不同作息时间规律人群的节律协同性及存在的潜在健康风险进行了分析,并以典型城市上班族为对象,对其所处光环境健康性能进行了探索研究,为未来结合中国光照资源条件完善光环境设计标准提供参考。 In recent years,more and more scholars have paid attention to the influence of rhythm synchronization between human and nature on human's health,the research indicates that the light environment can affect the circadian rhythm of the human through non visual effects. But there are few studies on the influence of light resource conditions and the difference of circadian rhythm on rhythm synchronization. This paper is a study of light environment's health performance from the perspective of rhythm synchronization between human and nature. The outdoor illumination and the suppression of melatonin are used to analyze the rhythm synchronization and the existence of the potential health risks of people with different routines in different light resources. And the health performance of the light environment in a typical urban office is explored and studied. All these will provide reference for the future improvements of light environment design standards combined with China's light resource conditions.
