供给侧改革下提高中国居民粮食产品消费质量的实证研究——基于全国27个省市区粮食产品消费行为的调研 被引量:10

摘要 为了解居民健康饮食状况,促进粮食加工业供给侧改革,提升国家粮食安全水平,本研究在全国27个省、自治区、直辖市进行了粮食产品消费行为调查,获取2818个有效样本。通过样本描述和Logistic模型分析发现,消费者对粮食产品的认知度直接影响其粮食产品消费决策、购买意愿等消费行为,年龄、学历、职业和家庭所属地对部分粮食产品购买意愿具有一定影响,专家推荐的影响度较低,权威机构认证的影响度高;居民消费需求日趋多样化,对高端产品、健康产品、新概念产品以及消费知识等需求上升。基于此,中国粮食加工业应该从生产侧、传播侧、监管侧等供给侧主体进行结构性改革,为破解粮食产品供求结构性矛盾提供有益参考。 In order to understand the healthy diet of residents, promote the reform of the supply side of grain processing industry, and improve the level of national food security, the study investigated the consumption behavior of food products in 27 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly, and we get 2818 valid samples. Through sample description and Logistic model analysis, it is found that consumer awareness of food products directly affects their food consumption decisions, purchase intention and other consumer behavior. Age, education background, occupation and family possessions have certain influence on the purchase intention of some grain products, and the influence of experts recommendation is low, authority certification has a high degree of influence. The consumption demand of residents is becoming more and more diverse, and the demand for high- end products, health products, new concept products and consumer knowledge is rising. Based on this, China's grain processing industry should carry out structural reforms from the production side, the communication side, the regulatory side and other supply side. It is helpful to solve the contradiction between the residents" increasing demand for food products and the unbalanced development of grain products.
