中国与中东欧国家次区域整体合作:中欧关系的新亮点

Sub-Regional Cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European Countries:A New Bright Spot in Sino-EU Relations

在欧债危机背景下,中国与中东欧国家关系取得长足进展,开启了以"16+1"为平台的次区域整体合作新模式,成为中欧关系新的增长点。本文尝试分析推动中国与中东欧国家相互走近的因素,特别是金融危机和欧元区主权债务危机带来的影响。进而研究该次区域合作的主要形式、内容及面临的挑战。最后,文章对中国—中东欧合作的发展前景作了展望。随着中国"一带一路"倡议的提出和推进,中东欧国家作为欧洲陆路门户的地缘区位优势进一步凸显,中国—中东欧关系将迎来新的重大发展机遇。

Against the backdrop of sovereign debt crisis in the Eurozone, Sino-CEE relations have achieved substantial progress in opening up a new model of sub-regional cooperation. It is increasingly seen as a point of growth in Sino-EU relations. The paper intends to make analyses of the factors which draw China and CEE countries closer to each other, among them financial crisis as well as sovereign debt crisis in the Eurozone. The difficulties and challenges of the relationship have been identified, while the prospect and opportunity of the future cooperation are being reviewed. It is believed that pivotal position of CEE countries as gate of Continent Europe to the East will be greatly enhanced with the launching and implementation of OBOR Initiative by China.
