合作共赢作为人类文明发展的新理念是从习近平主席把它当作构建新型国际关系的核心思想中引申而来的。根据当代世界发展的新趋势和人类文明发展的新要求,合作共赢理念的本质内涵应确定为以平等对话和相互包容的方式推动世界人民的普遍社会交往,并在普遍的世界交往基础上最终实现人的自由全面发展。这一结论也符合马克思关于人的发展理论。反思以往人类文明发展理念,它不过是西方地域性文明发展理念在经过殖民扩张运动和经济全球化运动这两次世界性运动推动下不断升华、不断普遍化的产物,它的实质是资本的扩张逻辑。马克思通过批判资本的扩张逻辑而为人类提供了共产主义文明发展理念,而合作共赢是共产主义文明发展理念在新的历史条件下的创新发展。

The new concept of win-win cooperation derives from General Secretary Xi and is put forward to the core idea of building a new type of international relationships. According to the new trends of contemporary world development and new requirements of human civilization development, the essential connotation of the win-win cooperation is identified as to promote the universal social intercourse of people around the world by means of equal dialogue and mutual inclusiveness, and finally realize a free and overall development of the human. This conclusion is also consistent with Marx＇s development theory on people. Reflecting on the past human civilization develop- ment concept, it is only the product of the western region of civilization development concept through the colonial expansion movement and the movement of economic globalization so that it is become universal and makes others gradually be assimilated. Its essence is the expansion of capital logic. By criticizing the expansion logic of capital, Marx provided the concept of communist civilization development for mankind. Win-win cooperation is the innovation development of the communist civilization development concept under the new his- torical conditions.
