摘要
系统介绍了江铜贵溪冶炼厂冶炼炉渣的品种以及不同品种炉渣的性质特点。通过近年来贵冶渣选的生产实践成果,从冶炼原料、冶炼工艺、渣冷却方式、不同种类炉渣、磨矿粒度等方面对炉渣选别效果的影响展开了全面的研究和分析,根据研究结果和分析结论提出了与各影响因素相应的控制措施。
The kinds and characteristics specialty of JCC Guixi smelting slag are introduced. According to the practice result of Guixi smelting slag flotation factors on raw material, smelting process, grinding granularity, slag cooling way and different kinds of slag are researched and analyzed in detail. The methods and ways to control the factors based on the research and analysis result of factors are put forward.
