摘要
闪速炉余热锅炉处于整个铜冶炼工序的中间环节,起着承上启下的作用,一旦出现问题,就会影响整个铜酸系统的运行,给工厂造成损失。近年来随着产能规模的扩大和原料结构的改变,贵冶一系统闪速炉余热锅炉已经无法满足生产的需要,成为制约生产的一大瓶颈问题。为了突破瓶颈,确保生产稳定,贵冶对目前余热锅炉存在的问题进行了梳理和分析,并采取了一系列的优化措施,使余热锅炉更好地适应了目前闪速炉高复杂原料和高投料量的要求。
The waste heat boiler of flash furnace is to be the middle position of the copper smelting process, which plays the essential role. Once appear problem, it will affect the operation of the entire copper acid process, thereby causing loss to the factory. In the recent years, with the expansion of productivity scale and the change of raw material structure, the waste heat boiler of flash furnace in Guixi smelter has been unable to meet the needs of production, which became a bottleneck restricting production. In order to break through the bottleneck, ensure the steady production, the existingproblems in the waste heat boiler are combed and analyzed, and a series of optimization measures are adopted, to make the waste heat boiler better adapted to the raw material of the flash furnace the high complex and the requirement of high inventory in this article.
