摘要
铅锌联合冶炼过程中,次氧化锌含大量氟氯,系统碱洗脱氟氯效果差,导致大量的氟氯带入锌湿法系统并引发一系列问题。铅锌金属有限公司组织大量技术人员对铅锌联合冶炼系统分析,不断摸索,调试工艺流程、工艺参数、设备能力等,通过工艺优化、技术改造,解决了次氧化锌中氟氯脱除效率低的问题,稳定了锌湿法系统的生产。
