根据中和渣的特点和成分,通过对其可行性和在重金属冶金炉进行造渣的原理分析,在奥斯麦特熔炼炉中替代石灰石造渣熔剂进行处理,减少了石灰石熔剂的使用,回收了铜、硫等有价元素,消除了砷、铅等有害元素对环境的污染。
After analyzing decomposition mechanism and slagging process on the basis of its characteristic and content, neutralization sludge had been handled as a substitution of limestone which had been reduced in the procedure, resulted in recovering valuable elements such as sulphur, and eliminating environmental pollution from arsenic and lead.
