In the zinc smelting process,taking ABB DCS system and Hollysys MACS system as an example, the design and hardwarestructure of real-timecommunication in different DCS systems through Modbus protocol are introduced, and the hardware context, software configuration and debugging in the application of FM020 module of ABB DCS system and MACS system of hollysys.
