MCGS与西门子PLC在大齿圈润滑控制系统中的应用

Application of MCGS and Siemens PLC in Gear Lubrication Control System

干燥窑大齿圈的正常润滑,不但能节能降耗、减少磨损、还能延长设备使用寿命。针对继电器控制的干燥窑大齿圈润滑喷油控制系统存在诸多缺点,提出改造的方法。利用西门子PLC和工控组态软件MCGS实现了大齿圈润滑的自动化、智能化,该控制系统的应用提升了设备的自动化水平,提高了喷油的效率。

The normal lubrication state of the dry kiln gear can not only save energy and reduce consumption, reduce wear and tear, but also prolong the service life of the equipment. In this paper, there are many shortcomings in the control system for the lubrication of the gear lubrication in the dry kiln, and the method of transformation is put forward. The automation and intelligence of gear lubrication is realized by SIEMENS PLC and MCGS. The application of this control system improves the automation level of the equipment and improves the efficiency of the lubricating oil.
