介绍了贵冶空分机组配置及空分机组系统组成、空分生产作业过程,对低温分离空分系统的主要电气设备进行了简单的介绍,并对主要耗电设备的能耗因素进行了详细分析,结合各设备的现状及近年来生产过程中的实际问题,优化生产操作,探讨了降低空分机组总能耗的措施。

In this article, the configuration of air separation unit, constitute of air separation units system and the air separation production process are introduced. The main electrical equipment of cryogenic separation air separation system is introduced briefly. The energy consumption factors of the main power consumption equipment are analyzed. Combined with the current situation of the equipment and the actual problems in the production process in recent years, the production operation is optimized, the measures to reduce the total energy consumption of the air separation unit are discussed.
