摘要
现今国内多是从"赋权予教师"这一角度来探讨"教师领导",忽略了主体的身份认同。教师领导同时具备教师和领导双重身份,在身份认同的发展过程中,教师领导会面临双重身份认同的困惑,这主要是因为在学校语境下,教师与领导行使职责是不同的,教师和领导所应具备的专业能力和公众对其身份的认可度也是有所区别的。
Most studies focus on how to empower teachers to study teacher leadership despite of person's identity.Teacher leadership owns teacher and leader dual-identities,and the problem how to confirm their identities arises accompanying with the process of identity development.Teacher leadership's context is taken into consideration to analyze the teacher leadership dual-identity confusion from these three aspects:different duties and responsibilities;different professional ability requested and various public's recognition towards their identity.
