Reflection on the Reality of Chinese Economics Research

当下的经济学研究成果,即经济学学术论文有着难以掩饰的数学崇拜或数学推崇现象;经济学中数量模型的不完整或缺陷直接导致了研究结果的不确定性,克服这种不确定性也十分困难。面对飞速发展的社会,面对日趋复杂的经济问题,经济理论常常表现出无奈和怯力。经济学家、经济学者需要走出书斋,走出象牙塔,把经济学研究建立在社会经济发展所需、人类进步所求之上,这才是真正的经济科学研究,才是社会和公众所欢迎期待的经济科学研究。

With regard to the current research results of Economics,namely academic papers on Economics,there exists the phenomenon of mathematical worship or mathematical admiration which is hard to hide.The incompleteness or defect of the quantitative model in Economics leads directly to the uncertainty of research results which is very difficult to overcome.Faced with the rapid development of society and the increasingly complex economic problems,Economic theory often appears to be helpless and timid.It＇s necessary for economists and economic scholars to walk out of their study and ivory tower,and conduct economics research on the basis of the needs of social and economic development and the progress of human beings,which is the real Economics research expected and welcomed by the society and the public.
