小型猪胃经与肾经经脉不通病理模型的比较观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:为小型猪"经脉不通"病理模型的研究提供科学依据,比较不同经脉异常所引起的病候差异。方法:将19只小型猪随机分为胃经不通组(7只)、肾经不通组(7只)和对照组(5只),用凝胶注射法分别堵塞胃经和肾经低流阻通道,对照组只作麻醉处理,饲养7~9周观察相关指标。结果:胃经组的饮水量与尿量均显著高于其他2组,粪便含水率极显著低于肾经组,腰围体躯指数显著高于对照组。肾经组的饮水量与尿量极显著低于胃经组,粪便含水率极显著高于胃经组,第1门齿长度极显著大于其他2组。结论:凝胶堵塞胃经和肾经低流阻通道后,小型猪可分别出现与胃经-胃腑和肾经-泌尿生殖系统特异相关的病候,证明经脉不通是导致相关经脉病候的病理机制之一,且存在经脉的差异。 Objective: The aim of this study is to provide a scientific basis to the pathological model of meridian stasis and compare the differentiation of the syndromes appeared when blocking different meridians. Methods: 19 mini-pigs were randomly divided into stomach meridian blocking group( SMBG),kidney meridian blocking group( KMBG) and control group( CG). Hydraulic gel was injected into low hydraulic resistance channels( LHRC) along stomach meridian in SMBG and LHRC along kidney meridian in KMBG while only anesthesia was carried in CG. The pigs were then feed for 7 to 9 weeks and several indexes were observed in three groups. Result: The volume of drinking and urinary in SMBG is significantly higher than that in KMBG and CG. The water content of feces( WCF) in SMBG is significantly lower than that in KMBG. The waist index in SMBG is significantly larger than that in CG. The volume of drinking and urinary in KMBG is significantly lower than that in SMBG,and WCF in KMBG is significantly higher than that in SMBG. The length of first incisor on both sides in KMBG is significantly longer than that in other two groups. Conclusion: Blocking LHRC along stomach meridian and kidney meridian can induce the phenomena corresponded to the syndromes of stomach meridian and stomach or the syndromes of kidney meridian and urogenital system. It is a verification that meridian stasis is one of pathological cause of diseases and specificity between the meridians exists as well.
