电针结合放血疗法治疗眼部带状疱疹的疗效观察

Clinical Observation Research of Blood-letting Therapy Treatment of Ocular Herpes Zoster Combined with Electro-acupuncture Methodes

目的:观察电针结合放血疗法治疗眼部带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:65例眼带状疱疹患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组(33例)和对照组(32例)。治疗组采用电针结合放血疗法治疗,对照组口服伐昔洛韦片、甲钴胺、强的松片等西药治疗,治疗后14d观察疗效和不良反应,治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月观察后遗神经痛发生情况。结果:治疗组完成30例,对照组完成31例,治疗组愈显率86.6%优于对照组70.9%;治疗组疱疹结痂时间和疼痛缓解时间均短于对照组,2组治疗后眼部损害临床评分较本组治疗前有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组;治疗组治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月后遗神经痛发生率低于对照组。结论:两种方法治疗眼部带状疱疹均有效,电针结合放血疗法疗效优于常规西药治疗,能快速缓解疼痛,促进疱疹结痂,减少眼部损害,降低后遗神经痛发生率。

Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness of blood-letting therapy and electro-acupuncture treatment of ocular herpes zoster. Methodes： 65 patients with ocular herpes zoster were randomly divided into a treatment group（ n = 33） and a control group（ n = 32）. The treatment group were treated with blood-letting therapy and electro-acupuncture. The control group were Administrated valaciclovir,Mecobalamine and prednisone. after therapy for 14 d to observe the curative effect,adverse reaction,1 month,2 months,3 months after treatment,observation neuralgia is happening. Results： A total of 30 patients finished the study in the treatment group,and 31 patients in the control group. The treatment group markedly effective rate was 86. 6%,70. 9% better than the control group. Herpes is scabby and pain relief time treatment group were shorter than the control group. The two groups after treatment of eye injury clinical score than before this treatment improved,the treatment group improved better than that of control group. Treatment group after 1 month,2 months,3 months after the heritage neuralgia rate is lower than the control group. Conclusion： Two kinds of methods in the treatment of ocular herpes zoster were effective. The combination of blood-letting therapy and Electro-acupuncture have a good effect in the treatment of ocular herpes zoster which can shorten the course. Electric acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy curative effect is superior to the conventional treatment of western medicine which can quickly relieve pain,promote the herpes scabbing,reduce eye damage and the incidence of neuralgia.
