摘要
IgA肾病作为肾脏病领域难点问题,中医药个体化防治有效。全国名老中医药专家曹式丽教授对IgA肾病的中医药防治颇有心得。通过撷选曹式丽教授中医治疗IgA肾病典型医案,直观阐释其重视标实毒损、正虚络瘀,强调祛邪调补并重,关注中医宏观辨证与病理形态观察的整合等学术特点,并对其广义毒损的界定、肾络瘀滞的成因与特征予以分析,初步总结其IgA肾病临床用药特点,为IgA肾病综合防治方案优化与中医肾病学术体系完善提供借鉴。
Multiple prevention and treatment of TCM is effective for Ig A nephropathy which has been a great difficult point problem in the field of kidney disease. There are some particular views about TCM prevention and treatment of Ig A nephropathy from Professor CAO Shi-li who is a famous TCM expert. There are two proved cases to explain related academic thought. Expound different damages by pathogenic factors and comprehensive conditioning in TCM. Emphasize the combination of pathological changes and TCM syndrome differentiation. Analyze the broad concept of Poision impairment and characteristics of kidney collaterals stasis. Preliminary summary the principle of medication in TCM about Ig A nephropathy for establishing comprehensive control scheme and improving TCM academic System of kidney disease.
