柴胡和黄芩配伍的研究进展

Study on The Compatibility of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae

配伍是中药复方用药的特色和优势,而药对则是最常见的配伍形式。柴胡、黄芩配伍出自《伤寒论》的小柴胡汤方,是张仲景柴胡系列方剂中最具代表意义的基本配伍,也是和解少阳的基本结构。柴胡和黄芩配伍的临床应用十分广泛,如治疗心血管系统疾病、消化系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、精神神志系统疾病以及发热等都有显著疗效。研究显示,柴胡、黄芩配伍具有保肝利胆、抗病毒、解热抗炎、抗惊厥抗癫痫等药理作用,故从临床研究和实验研究两方面对柴胡、黄芩配伍进行综述,根据黄芩的主要药效成分黄酮类及柴胡和柴胡的主要成分柴胡皂苷均具有抗抑郁作用,且配伍后黄芩苷和柴胡皂苷溶出率均提高,以及临床治疗抑郁症常用的柴胡类方(柴胡为君药)多常配伍黄芩清热泻火等推断,即柴胡配伍黄芩可能具有一定程度的抗抑郁作用,但仍需学者进一步证实。

Compatibility is the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine compound medication,and the drug pair is the most common form of compatibility. The compatibility of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae is from the small bupleurum soup of ＂Treatise on Febrile Diseases＂,which is the most representative basic compatibility of Zhongjing＇s series of radix bupleuri prescription,and is also the basic structure of reconciliating Shaoyang. Clinical application of the Compatibility of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae is very extensive,such as treat cardiovascular disease,digestive diseases,respiratory diseases,psychiatric system diseases and fever and so on. And it has achieved significant effect. Studies have shown that the Compatibility of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae has a pharmacological effect of liver and gallbladder,anti-virus,antipyretic anti-inflammatory,anti-convulsive antiepileptic and so on. In this paper,the compatibility of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae was summarized from two aspects of Clinical research and experimental research. According to the main pharmacological constituents of Scutellaria, flavonoids and the main components of Bupleurum and Radix Bupleuri were all antidepressant. And after compatibility,the dissolution rate of baicalin and saikosaponin were increased. As well as the clinical treatment of depression commonly used Bupleurum square（ Bupleurum for Jun medicine） often compatibility Huang Qin to clearing heat and purging fire. Taking these all into account,we infer that： compatibility of radix bupleuri and radix scutellariae may have a certain degree of antidepressant effect. But it still needs scholars to further confirm.
