网络信息技术正深刻地改变着人类生产生活方式,改变着城市空间及其结构功能。信息化引领工业化、城市化,工业化城市朝着互联互通、智能生态、包容有序的信息化城市转型发展。不同于工业化城市的集聚规模效应,信息化城市具有互联互通的网络化、功能布局的分散化、资源配置的数字化、空间系统的生态化、发展追求的人性化等特点。与此同时,网络信息特别是互联网、物联网、大数据等已对我国城市发展产生影响,促使逆城市化提前到来,改变城市功能结构,提高城市运行效能。抢抓信息化变革机遇,我国城市发展应坚持走信息化为主导的城乡一体化道路,加快构建互联互通走廊,优化城市功能布局,大力发展共享经济,着力提升城市运行和城市治理的智能化水平。
