New technological revolution and industrial revolution have great effects on world economy. China＇ s development should follow new technology revolution and new industry revolution to speed up innovation and accelerate economic development. The paper studies the trends and feature of new technology revolution and new industry revolution, and then analyzes the risk and opportunities of new technology revolution and new industry revolution for China＇ s urban development. Based on this, the paper raises the suggestion, such as high-lighting double strategy, linking double area, building a new system, taking advantage of big data and allocating global resources.
