摘要 介入性治疗是目前治疗冠心病最有效的方法之一,因其微创伤和高效性被人们广泛接受,但术后3至5年不可避免的产生再狭窄,严重危害病人的健康。药物涂层支架的出现则大大延长了再狭窄周期,因此如何将良效的抗凝药物充分地担载到支架表面上成为研究的热点和方向。它介绍和总结了目前对支架表面进行微纳加工、增强其载药能力的最新技术和工艺,分析了不同加工技术的优缺点,突出了激光加工在支架表面微纳结构加工的优势。 Interventional therapy is one of the most effective methods for the treatment of coronary heart disease at present, it has been widely accepted owing to the advantages of micro trauma and high efficiency. However, the inevita- ble restenosis which usually occurs after 3-5 years of the operation and seriously endanger the health of patients. For- tunately, the emergence of drug-coated stent greatly prolongs the restenosis cycle. Therefore it has been a prosperous direction to research on how to load the effective anticoagulant drugs be onto the stent surface. The latest technology of micro nano processing on stent surface which is used to enhance the drug loading capacity is presented in this paper, and the advantages and disadvantages of each processing techniques are analyzed. Finally, the advantages of laser pro- cessing on the surface of the stent are highlighted.
