农民工移动图书馆服务体系探索——基于哈尔滨农民工利用公共图书馆服务的案例

Exploration on the Mobile Library Service System for Migrant Workers——Base on the Case in Harbin City

随着中国工业化和城镇化的深入,产业升级驱使劳动力素质的提升,需要农民工不断提升人力资本。同时,中国公共图书馆由传统图书馆向数字图书馆、复合图书馆、移动图书馆发展,公共图书馆具备一定图书移动的技术和基础设施。通过构建公共图书馆的农民工移动图书馆服务体系,推动农民工人力资本质量的提升。公共图书馆的移动图书馆服务体系主要包括基于先进技术支持的信息技术层、基于超星移动图书馆系统的信息资源层和基于纽科姆社会心理模式的信息服务层。

With the development of industrialization and urbanization in China, industrial upgrading has promoted the im- provement on the quality of labor force, which need enhance the human capital of migrant workers continuously. At the same time, China＇s public libraries have developed from the traditional library to digital library, composite library, mobile library, and public library has a certain technology and infrastructure of mobile library. Through constructing public library service system for migrant workers, this paper tried to promote the improvement on the quality of migrant workers＇ human capital. Mobile library service system in public library mainly included information technology layer based on advanced technology support, information resource layer based on superstar mobile library system and information service layer based on the Newcomb＇s social psychological model.
