摘要
五氯柳胺是水杨苯胺类抗寄生虫类药物,主要用于治疗牛羊肝片吸虫病,同时对绦虫和线虫均具有良好的治疗效果。综述了五氯柳胺的应用现状、临床药效学以及在动物源性食品中的最高残留限量、休药期和残留检测方法的研究进展,以期为五氯柳胺在我国开发应用和残留检测的研究与控制提供指导。
Oxyclozanide is a chemical anti- parasite infected with fasciola, and has a good treatment to current application, clinical pharmacodynamics, and analysis method of oxyclozanide in animal- derived resistance detection of oxyclozanide drug of salicylanilide, it can treat the disease of sheep against tapeworms and nematodes. This paper reviews the the maximum residue limit, withdrawal period and residue food to provide guidance for development and application.
