计及需求响应的售电公司运营机制研究

需求响应(Demand Response,DR)作为目前电力市场环境下电力公司提高用户粘性与运营效益的重要工具,可以成为我国售电主体建设发展的理想切入点。分析了在智能电网和能源互联网快速兴起的背景下DR技术的发展,对新环境下的DR资源进行了分类介绍,概括了售电市场放开环境下售电公司的运营环境以及可持续发展所面临的挑战,提出了计及DR的售电公司运营机制,并且从运用DR技术挖掘需求侧资源、制定个性化售电方案以及创新型增值服务3个部分展开具体研究,分析了计及DR的售电公司运营项目开展给市场参与主体带来的效益,最后结合国际案例,为售电公司应用DR技术给予了相关建议,以期为我国售电公司可持续发展提供借鉴。

Demand response （DR）, an important tool for electric power company to improve user stickiness and operational efficiency in present electricity market environment, can become an ideal point of contact for the development in China＇ s electricity sales. This pa-per analyzes the development of DR technology with the rapid development of smart grid and energy Internet, introduces the DR resources in the new environment, summarizes the operating environment of the power sales company in the open market and the challenges of sustainable development, and puts forward the operating mechanism with DR. Also, this paper makes the specific research from three aspects of digging demand side resources, developing personalized selling power scheme and creating innovative value-added ser- vice by the DR technology, evaluates the market main participants＇ benefits brought by implementing the operating programs in the electricity sales company with DR, and finally gives related suggestions about the application of the DR technology for the electricity sales company combined with international cases, providing better experiences for the sustainable development of the electricity sales company in our country.
