摘要
文章就新发布的《中国自闭症教育康复行业发展状况报告》中对孤独症术语引用的失实误导进行了历史回顾与分析,旨在引起学界关注,为术语"孤独症"正本清源。文章从历史的角度回顾了西方"Autism"术语名称的起源以及"孤独症"和"自闭症"两个中文译名的由来;剖析了"孤独症"的词源和内涵理解,并就术语本土化的规范使用展开文化思考。
In the newly released Report on the industry development status of education rehabilitation for individuals with autism in China,the term Autism in Chinese cited there is inconsistent with the facts and hence misguiding.A historical review and analysis is conducted on the purpose to raise a greater concern in academic community and to clear up the translation of the term Autism in Chinese.From the perspective of history,in this article a retrospective study on the origin of the term Autism in Western and Chinese is done.And the early history on the adoption of the term Autism in Chinese by the Psychiatrists in China in 1950s is reviewed and suggestions are made on cultural reflection for the localization of the terminology and its normal use.
