“向右转”与“向左看”:当代西方教育改革的道路迷失 被引量:2

摘要 道路相悖及偏离是当代西方教育改革的普遍现象,也是当代西方教育改革乱象丛生、屡改屡败的根源性与根本性问题。一方面是强劲的"向右转"改革风向标,另一方面是强烈的"向左看"批判之音与回归呼唤。在左右两条道路之间"选边站",不仅使教育改革因价值失衡、方法失当而普遍陷入"面对最佳选择"的困惑与无所适从的困境,而且使教育改革因支撑性信条与支持性环境缺乏充分性品质而形式上变化较多、实质性改变较小。阐明改革道路选择的逻辑、立场与方法缺陷,是教育改革摆脱"怎么说都有理、怎么改都不对"困局并走上正确之路的关键。 Discordance and deviation are commonly seen in contemporary western educational reform.They are also the primary and root causes of failures and problems in contemporary western educational reform.On one hand,there is preaching for the reform of"turning right";on the other hand,there are strong criticizing voice of the reform and returning call of"looking left".Taking sides on the two paths of left and right will not only cause the educational reform fall into the bewilderment and dilemma of"making the best choice",but also lead to the formalism instead of substantive changes due to lack of sufficient quality brought about by value unbalance and unsupportive environment.The key to taking the right path of educational reform is to clarify the logic,stands and methods of making choices.Thereby the educational reform will walk out of the predicament of"easy to say but hard to do".
