摘要
探索高苯乙烯树脂在高阻尼橡胶中的应用,研究了高苯乙烯树脂用量、苯乙烯含量及为保持体系中相同苯乙烯含量,使用不同苯乙烯含量的高苯乙烯树脂对高阻尼橡胶性能的影响,研究结果表明:随着配方中高苯乙烯树脂用量的增加,胶料力学性能下降,高温阻尼峰及有效阻尼温域均有较大的提高;对相同填加量而言,选用的高苯乙烯树脂中苯乙烯含量越高,胶料硬度越高,高温处阻尼性能越好,适合制备高温使用的高硬度阻尼橡胶;为保持体系中苯乙烯含量相同,选用的高苯乙烯树脂苯乙烯含量越高,胶料力学性能越优,低温处阻尼效果越好。
The effect of high styrene resin(HSR) on the properties of high damping rubber was investigated. The effect of HSR content and the different kinds of HSR on the properties of high damping rubber were investigated. Also by fixing the styrene content in matrix, the properties of high damping rubber with different kinds of HSP was tested. It was tbund that with the increasing of HSR content, the mechanical properties decreased. While, the damping properties in high temperature was enhanced. With same addition of HSP, the high damping rubber with high styrene content HSP showed higher hardness. And the damping properties in high temperature zone increased. Theretbre, the HSP having high styrene content was suitable for those high damping rubber used in high temperature atmosphere. By fixing the styrene content in matrix, the high damping rubber addicting with high styrene content HSR showed better mechanical properties and better damping properties in low temperature zone.
