特殊情况紧急抢救输血的回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis on blood transfusion under special urgent circumstances

目的评价实施《特殊情况紧急抢救输血推荐方案》(简称《推荐方案》)的临床效果及意义。方法回顾性调查2015年6月-2016年6月本院符合《推荐方案》中交叉配血不合或/和抗体筛查阳性患者特殊情况紧急抢救输注红细胞和血浆患者,分析输血病例的临床特征、申请用血的启动指征、启动流程、采取实施的方案及效果。结果应用《推荐方案》成功对9例急危重患者施行特殊情况下紧急抢救输血并得到及时的输血救治,挽救了生命且均未发生不良反应。结论应用《特殊情况紧急抢救输血推荐方案》可有效解决临床突发特殊情况,使患者得到及时有效的输血,挽救患者生命。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and significance of recommended proposal for blood transfusion in emergency（recommendation proposal was for short） Methods Patients who failed in cross matching or/and whose antibodies screening showed positive and who were taken red blood cells and blood plasma in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were collected. And the clinical features, the startup indication, startup procedure, the schedule and curing effect of all patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were nine patients who were given emergent blood transfusion according to the recommended proposal. Their lives were saved and There were not adverse reaction. Conclusion Applying the recommended proposal for blood transfusion in emergency could cope with the unexpected circumstances in clinic, and patients could be transfused in time, their lives could be saved.
