派瑞松治疗外耳道真菌病的疗效分析

The curative effect of Econazole Nitrate Cream in the treatment of Otitis Externa Mycotica

目的观察派瑞松治疗外耳道真菌的疗效。方法选择在本院就诊的143例外耳道真菌病患者作为研究对象,随机分为接受派瑞松的常规治疗及接受3%硼酸酒精滴耳液的对照组,比较两组患者的治疗总体有效率的差异。结果病例组患者接受治疗后的总体有效率均显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论派瑞松能有效的减轻外耳道真菌病患者的临床症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of Econazole Nitrate Cream in treatment of otitis externa mycotica. Method 143 patients with otitis externa mycotica were randomly divided into study group and control group.Study group were treated with Econazole Nitrate Cream. Control group were treated with 3% boric acid alcohol ear drops. The total effective rate between two groups was compared.Results The overall effective rate of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Econazole Nitrate Creamis effective for otitis externa mycotica and it can improve the quality of life of patients.
