手术治疗颅内动脉瘤破裂的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of operative treatment of intracranial aneurysm rupture

目的探讨手术治疗破裂颅内动脉瘤的疗效。方法19例破裂颅内动脉瘤进行夹闭手术治疗。结果按GOS评分,5分的患者15例,4分2例,3分1例,2分1例,无死亡病例。术后随访复查CTA或DSA 14例,显示动脉瘤夹闭情况良好,无瘤颈残留及再次破裂出血情况,死亡2例,均因肺部感染死亡。结论颅内动脉瘤引起的蛛网膜下腔出血患者早期进行夹闭手术治疗,疗效满意。

Objective To explore the efficacy of surgical treatment of ruptured intracranial aneurysms. Methods 19 cases with ruptured intracranial aneurysms were treated with clipping surgery. Results According to GOS score, there were 15 cases who got 5 points, 2 cases who got 4 points, 1 case who got 3 points, 1 case who got 2 points, and there were no death cases. Postoperative follow-up showed there were 14 cases who had CTA or DSA, which showed aneurysmclipping being in good condition. There were no aneurysm neck residual and ruptured again. There were 2 death cases who both were due to pulmonary infection. Conclusion Patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by intracranial aneurysm rupture should be given early clipping surgery, and the curative effect was satisfying.
