水利工程项目管理及监理存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Project Management and Supervision of Water Conservancy Project

水利工程项目的顺利实施需项目管理部门与监理部门的协同合作,由于项目管理和施工监理可保证项目施工的有序、按时、质量及成本等问题,对水利工程项目有着极其重要的作用。我国水利工程项目管理和监理相关法律法规不完善,工程项目施工、管理及监理单位对项目管理和监理工作的重视程度不够,导致我国水利工程项目管理和施工监理存在着严重问题,制约我国水利工程的发展。就水利工程项目管理及监理中所存在的问题进行了探讨,提出相应的解决对策,以促进水利工程的发展和项目的顺利实施。

The smooth implementation of water conservancy project requires cooperation between project management department and supervision department. Because project management and construction supervision can guarantee the orderly,timely,quality and cost of project construction,it plays an important role in water conservancy project. However,due to Chinese water conservancy project management and supervision of the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect and the project construction,management and supervision of the project management and supervision of the degree of attention is not enough,resulting in Chinese water conservancy project management and construction supervision there are serious problems,restricting the development of Chinese water conservancy projects. This paper mainly discusses the existing problems in the management and supervision of water conservancy projects,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote the development of water conservancy projects and the smooth implementation of the project.
