摘要
由多个结构层构成的组合体钢桥面铺装需要根据钢桥的不同体系选择不同的结构层,通常为主体铺装和防锈两部分,这与桥面铺装形式没有关系。为防止生锈腐蚀钢桥面,构筑可靠的防锈体系是必不可少的步骤,大体分为防锈防水层、粘结防护层等,其将钢桥面和钢桥表面的水隔离,避免水的侵蚀作用,同时保证防锈保护层和钢板之间的牢固连接。钢桥面的主体铺装体系则为了承重要求而设计,由上下两层组成,保持与钢板一致的形状,保证路面抗滑、耐久、耐用。从3方面针对钢桥面铺装进行分析,探索了其中的技术关键点。
It is necessary to choose different structural layers according to the different systems of steel bridge. It is usually composed of two parts :main pavement and rust-proof. Kind of form does not matter. In order to prevent rust corrosion of steel bridge deck,to build a reliable anti-rust system is an essential step,generally divided into rust-proof waterproof layer,adhesive protective layer,etc. They will bridge the steel bridge and steel surface water to avoid the erosion of water,while ensuring a strong connection between the rust protection layer and the steel plate. The steel deck of the main pavement system is designed to load-bearing requirements,it consists of two layers above and other components,consistent with the shape of steel plate to ensure that durable antiskid durable road. The article analyzes the steel bridge deck pavement in three aspects,and explores the technical key points.
