This paper expounds the connotation of the subject,analyzes the domestic current situation and existing problems,analyze the multiple values of industrial architecture heritage,witness the nation and the value of the history of the development of national industry,manifest the value of the progress of science technology,bearing civilization and progress of social value,contains the modern aesthetic value of art,and has huge potential economic value. According to the current situation and opportunities,proposed the protection of Industrial Heritage Reuse to promote the three measures city culture inheritance,worth learning.
