摘要
结合北京海淀区甘家口1,3,4号住宅楼等抗震加固工程试点应用,通过从基础桩锚固、预制构件加工制作、预制构件的连接方式、预制构件与原建筑的衔接以及屋顶卧梁、拉梁拉结形式,使之与外套预制墙板形成一体来约束原有砌体,最终形成科学、合理、可行、适用的既有砌体建筑工业化抗震加固加固体系综合施工技术,实现了老旧楼房通过加固改造后达到国家抗震标准,最终显著提高砌体住宅的抗震性能。
