Related Study on Management of Third Party Testing Quality of Rail Transit

当前城市轨道交通工程发展迅速,尤其是近几年江苏省内城市轨道交通发展在不断创新,而苏州在城市轨道交通工程建设中的第三方检测模式在江苏省乃至全国均为首例,特色是第三方不但承担工程所用原材料的10%抽检任务,还承担现场质量管控技术服务工作。依托当今轨道交通发展战略部署,进一步规范轨道交通工程建设,从设计、施工、监理、检测等多方面参与一体化专业技术服务,进一步进行轨道交通工程质量控制、安全风险管控,实现全过程管控。

Urban rail transit engineering is witnessing a fast development and more and more innovations have been made for the development of urban rail transit in Jiangsu province. Suzhou is the first city in Jiangsu province, even in China, introducing the third party testing service into urban rail transit engineering construction. The third party testing form empowers the third party not only to randomly select and test 10% of the raw materials, but also to be responsible for the quality management and control of field construction. Based on current strategic planning of rail transit development, the third party testing form could set better standard for rail transit construction, enabling the third party testing organization to participate in the integral specialized technical service on the aspects of design, construction, supervision and testing, etc., and realizing better whole-process management and control of rail transit construction, such as quality control and risk control.
