摘要
随着我国经济的发展与进步,国际化的步伐也在不断加快,越来越多的公司开始承接海外业务。在承接海外市政工程项目时,因当地的文化、环境、经济状况与国内迥异,会给工程的履约带来较多不便。因此,在境外工程实施的过程中,承包商须做好工程质量管理,分析工程的每个环节,最大程度上将中国企业的质量管理制度与当地质量管理模式相结合,确保工程质量。通过探讨中东地区市政工程项目履约的质量控制,为我国海外工程总承包项目履约质量管控提供充足的理论依据。
With the development and progress of our economy, the pace of internationalization is also accelerating. More and more companies are starting to undertake overseas business. In undertaking overseas municipal projects, due to local culture, environment, economic conditions and domestic differences, will bring more inconvenience to the performance of the project. Therefore, in the process of overseas project implementation, contractor personnel shall do project quality management and analyze every aspect of the project to maximize the combination of the quality management system of Chinese enterprises and the local quality management mode to ensure the project quality. By focusing on the quality control of the performance of municipal engineering projects in the Middle East, it is hoped to provide sufficient theoretical basis for the quality control of Chinese overseas general contracting projects.
