摘要 无缝线路在我国铁路发展史上是一次重大的技术创新,相比普通有缝线路,其具有结构稳定,钢轨病害少,车辆运行平稳,便于维修保养等优点。因此交通流量大,通过能力强,时速高的电化铁路、客运专线均采用无缝线路轨道结构。随着既有铁路扩能增建二线、开行动车组进行提速,需对既有小半径曲线、病害地段无缝线路进行拨接改造。无缝线路钢轨温度随季节升降,温度应力随之变化,尤其夏冬极端天气下应力变化更大,进行扰动道床,破坏轨道结构稳定施工前须对钢轨进行应力调整。结合符夹扩能工程无缝线路封锁拨接施工方案、施工环节,全面阐述无缝线路拨接改造施工方法,可供相关工作人员参考。 Seamless track is a major technological innovation in the history of railway development in our country. Compared with ordinary seam track,it has the advantages of stable structure,less rail disease,stable running of the vehicle and easy maintenance.Therefore,traffic flow,through the strong,high speed of the railway,passenger lines are used seamless track structure. With the expansion of existing railways to build second lines and speeding up of emus,it is necessary to dial-up and reconstruct existing seamless lines with small radius curves and disease spots. The temperature of rail on seamless track rises and falls with the seasons,and the stress changes more under the extreme weather in summer and winter. The disturbance of track bed is disturbed and the track structure is damaged. The stress of rail should be adjusted before construction. In this paper,the joint folder expansion project seamless line block dial dial construction program,the construction process,a comprehensive exposition of seamless line dial transformation construction methods,hoping to provide some reference value for the reference of the relevant staff.
