地铁土建施工风险管理的措施研究

投资大,工期长,技术复杂等是地铁建设项目的重要特点,在土建施工过程中,地铁建设项目也会受到很多因素的影响,因此常会存在比较大的施工风险。因此,在施工过程中,就需要与项目施工设计的要求相结合,对施工中的风险因素进行分析,从而在使得风险管理控制得到加强的情况下,对项目施工过程当中的安全隐患及质量隐患进行消除,并使项目施工的质量得到提高,真正地推动地铁建设的快速发展。根据某工程施工实例,对地铁建设项目中土建施工的风险管理策略展开探讨,希望能为相关工作人员提供参考。

Large investment,long construction period and complex technology are important characteristics of subway construction projects. In the process of civil engineering,subway construction projects will also be affected by many factors,so there will often be relatively large construction risks. Therefore,in the process,we need to design the project construction needs the combination of risk factors on the construction of the analysis,in order to make the risk management control has been strengthened under the condition of safety project construction process and quality problems are eliminated,and the quality of the construction of the project to improve the real to promote the rapid development of subway construction. Based on a construction example,this paper discusses the risk management strategy of civil engineering in subway construction projects,hoping to provide some reference for the related staff.
