摘要 装配式预制构件重量可达数十吨,吊装工作难度大,且装配式预制构件拼装时精度要求较高,因此须研究预制构件吊装技术。研究大型预制构件在地铁装配式车站的吊装技术,结合长春地铁2号线BT2标西兴站装配式工程,通过利用理论分析、工程实践对预制构件吊装技术进行研究,从起吊机器、吊点形式、吊具形式等方面研究预制构件吊运技术,研究预制构件定位并提出纠偏方法,研究表明:构件吊点区域及区域外拉应力均未超过混凝土的承载力,计算结果偏保守;通过有限元分析软件,对预制构件拼装及所处环境的变化进行安全分析,计算结果处于混凝土容许范围之内。 Prefabricated assembled weight of up to dozens of tons, lifting work difficult, high precision of the prefabricated and assembled during installation, it is necessary to study on precast hoisting technology. Research large precast in metro assembly type station of lifting technology, combined Changchun Metro Line 2 line BT2 standard Xixing station assembly type engineering, through using theory analysis, and engineering practice on precast lifting technology for research, from lifting machine, and hanging points type, and hanging with type, and aspects research precast hanging shipped technology, research precast positioning and proposed correction method, research showed that: component hanging points regional and the regional outside pulled stress are not over concrete of hosted force, calculation results partial conservative ; through the finite element analysis software, prefabricated components assembly and changes in the environment for safety analysis, results in concrete within the allowed range.
